Hotel B Urban Xaman by Fontán Reforma

I really loved it here - we arrived in the middle of the night and someone straight away met us from the taxi to collect our bad. The roof terrace is incredible and the breakfast is delicious. The bedroom is spacious with a HUGE bed and is beautifully decorated. Even the decor in the lobby is gorgeous! The staff too are exceptionally friendly, but it definitely helps to speak some Spanish!

Location Well designed foyer Attentive staff - on arrival one room of two was not available so we were offered a room for one night in the property’s other hotel (in the same building) and on requesting compensation we were offered a late check out for both rooms on our last day. The hotel reception staff and doormen were all very polite and helpful
